About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and driving national marketing campaigns within a retail environment, sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends, and strong sales and customer service acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing goods, sorting stock, and achieving targets while utilizing their leadership skills to drive sales and team performance.

  • Lead and coach teams of staff and volunteers to achieve business objectives
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example

Further Information

This role is covered by the General Retail Industry Award 2020 - Level 4. Pay from $28.12 hourly + superannuation + casual loading.
