As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping the future of our organization.

The Role:

  • Manage and develop a team of internal recruiters responsible for sourcing and hiring senior level permanent vacancies within the childcare sector.
  • Oversee KPIs and deliverables for the Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and meeting business objectives.
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice and direction to the recruiters, utilizing industry expertise to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with childcare centers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • End-to-end recruitment, including interviewing, background checking of new employees, and onboarding procedures.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a senior recruiter or team leader, with a strong track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strategic problem-solving and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work towards measurable KPIs and deliverables, with a customer-centric approach.
