This is an exceptional opportunity to manage daily operations of the centre's rent collection, including completion of the monthly rent roll process and arrears management.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day running of the centre's financial matters, ensuring timely rent collection and effective management of tenant details and invoices.
- Accountable for rent collection and arrears management
- Manage tenant billing and reconcile accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee carpark management and maximise income
Previous property administration experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar, along with good working knowledge of financial management and competent computer skills are essential requirements for this role.
We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for property to fill this challenging yet rewarding position.
