Practice Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Practice Manager at our dynamic veterinary hospital.

This challenging position requires a highly motivated and dedicated professional with excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff management, finance, and marketing. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with executives regarding business strategy and planning
  • Organising ongoing training and support for employees
  • Performance management
  • Attendance at CE and employee social activities
  • Liaising with wholesale representatives
  • Coordinating and implementing in-hospital events, training, and system integration
  • Overseeing and liaising with in-hospital program coordinators
  • Hospital equipment care and maintenance
  • Providing feedback and assistance for rostering
  • Customer service and complaint management
  • Invoice checking and weekly banking duties
