About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of risk professionals, aligned with our delivery practice, to drive transformational ways of working.
  • Oversight of the allocation of risk advisors and consultants across teams, platforms, and centers of excellence.
  • Maintenance of standards, principles, and best practices that empower your team to be masters of their craft.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a risk professional with expert-level proficiency in risk management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks within complex delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Previous experience acting as a trusted risk advisor or business partner is highly regarded.
