Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Associate to join our Joint Replacement division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our joint replacement products and services
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide training and support to ensure successful product launches
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and digital assets
  • Represent Stryker at trade shows, exhibits, and educational events
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
