Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Operator to join our team. As an Automation Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated systems, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity levels.
The successful candidate will have a disciplined mindset and a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is crucial.
- Operate and maintain automated systems, including robotics and ASRS equipment
- Monitor and support equipment through regular maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide backfill support during absences or high demand
- Assist new starters and foster a supportive learning environment
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation
- A disciplined mindset and a proactive approach
- Ability to take charge and make decisions
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience in customer service and a desire to provide excellent service
- Eagerness to learn and improve, with an understanding of safe practices
