Responsibilities:

* Execute comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, managing purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements, and handling bank reconciliations.
* Lead the month-end accounting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including the coordination of payment runs and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the preparation of statutory filings, such as business activity statements and payroll tax returns.
* Work closely with external accountants and auditors to facilitate the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

* Currently pursuing or have partially completed your CA or CPA.
* Proficiency in financial software, particularly Xero, is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Adept at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
