**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance on farm machinery and equipment.
  • Operate various farm machinery and equipment as required.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees operating farm machinery.
  • Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee completion of work to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure all machine operations are performed correctly and in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate production records and maintenance reports to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AQF Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven advanced technical proficiency in maintenance and repair of farming machinery and environmental control equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Respectful of others and takes pride in team performance.
  • Committed to continuous learning.
  • Driven to achieve team goals and contribute to overall success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members.

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
