Digital Identity Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join our team as a leader in digital identity services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading specialists, delivering innovative and sustainable digital identity solutions that address complex challenges across various industries.
As a leader in IAM, you will have a detailed understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and vendor products in the market. You will participate in industry discussions and understand upcoming product roadmaps and trends to preempt client challenges.
- Lead client engagements and provide deep technical and architectural leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes to clients.
- Contribute to the strategy, growth, and development of our Enterprise IAM capabilities and service offerings.
- Develop innovative thought leadership through the creation of internal tools and procedures to uplift the team's knowledge base and identify new technical service offerings.
You will be working with a globally connected modern and agile team to tailor outcomes that address client requirements. Focusing on your professional development, you will coach and mentor junior specialists.
In this role, you will build relationships with other teams to foster cross-collaboration and identify future opportunities. You will also contribute to the development of our Global Cyber Academy and certifications.
About YouYou will have 7+ years' proven experience in Identity and Access Management, providing IAM strategy and architectural services. You have experience leading delivery teams, engaging with senior stakeholders to design and communicate architectural concepts and drive support for key decisions.
You have familiarity with market-leading products in the Enterprise IAM space and ideally hold certifications in at least one vendor solution. You are passionate about being at the forefront of technology change and want to help nurture and develop junior resources.
