Delivery Office Lead

This role involves leading a team of analysts, coordinators and a Delivery Office Lead to establish, embed and evolve the enterprise delivery framework and support teams to succeed.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to build, scale and mature core delivery processes, governance and tooling that empower project and program teams across the enterprise.
  • Drive portfolio-level visibility and reporting, enabling enterprise awareness of performance, risks and delivery health.
  • Uplift delivery practices and capabilities across the organisation through training, coaching and practical support.
  • Lead delivery assurance and quality reviews, ensuring alignment to frameworks and continuous improvement in delivery standards.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Digital and Technology, EPMO and business domains to ensure delivery support meets strategic and operational needs.

About You:

We are seeking a seasoned leader with 12+ years of project/portfolio management or PMO experience managing project management offices, centres of excellence or similar centralised delivery functions within large-scale environments.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills enabling successful delivery of complex transformation and change programs.
  • Experience in delivery governance and lifecycle frameworks, resource planning and portfolio reporting.
  • Ability to balance compliance with flexibility and tailor delivery approaches to suit varying needs.
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills providing insightful reporting and portfolio-level insights to senior stakeholders.
