Water Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join our team. If you're customer-focused, technically minded, and thrive in both field and office environments, this is your chance to make a real impact in the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as our on-site representative, building strong client relationships and promoting our capabilities.
  2. Support the development, setup, monitoring, and reporting of pilot systems.
  3. Prepare plant performance reports and translate pilot data into scalable system design inputs.
  4. Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain pilot equipment, contributing hands-on support where required.
  5. Collect and analyse operational data, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  6. Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
  • Willingness to learn (training on membranes provided).
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work at remote sites as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Practical, 'hands-on' approach with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and strong documentation skills.
  • Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • Knowledge of process engineering and water chemistry.
  • Experience with chemical handling.
