Pilot Plant Engineer/Technician

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Pilot Plant Engineer/Technician to join our team.

In this exciting role, you'll be at the frontline of showcasing technology to clients through pilot plants – where you'll demonstrate value proposition and help translate pilot data into full-scale system designs.

  • Act as on-site representative, building strong client relationships and promoting capabilities.
  • Support the development, setup, monitoring, and reporting of pilot systems.
  • Prepare plant performance reports and translate pilot data into scalable system design inputs.
  • Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain pilot equipment, contributing hands-on support where required.
  • Collect and analyse operational data, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Champion safety and quality practices in all site and office activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
  • Willingness to learn (training on Cerflo / Cerafiltec membranes provided).
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work at remote sites as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Practical, 'hands-on' approach with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and strong documentation skills.
  • Mechanical, Electrical, other Trade or Engineering qualification.
  • Knowledge of process engineering and water chemistry.
  • Experience with chemical handling.
