Rehabilitation Assistant Nurse Manager Opportunity
The Night Duty Rehabilitation role is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to join our team.
This position requires strong clinical skills in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, with exceptional customer service and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and inspiring a team of clinical professionals, with the ability to mentor and support nurses and clinical support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a dynamic team of night nurses in the rehabilitation ward.
- Collaborate with the nurse unit manager to ensure efficient management of staff and resources, and deliver high-quality care in line with policies, best practice, and legislative requirements.
- Mentor and lead a team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership team.
- Strong clinical skillset in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills with a passion for quality patient outcomes.
- Rehabilitation ward experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a mentor.
- Availability to cover night duty shifts and work 9.5-hour shifts; flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
- Must have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years of proven acute care experience post-AHPRA registration in a hospital environment.
- Postgraduate qualifications or rehabilitation specialty experience are highly regarded.
- Clinical leadership experience is highly regarded.
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Ramsay may require Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation as appropriate for the role.
