Imc Operator Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Norwest location.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incident calls from stores and filing reports in relation to security, safety or operational incidents.
  • They will also ensure compliance with OH&S policies, safe work procedures and practices, and provide effective and efficient service to business customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incident calls from stores and file reports in relation to security, safety or operational incidents.
  2. Ensure compliance with OH&S policies, safe work procedures and practices.
  3. Provide effective and efficient service to business customers.
  4. Monitor and manage business alarms and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Criminal history clearance required.
