Your role as Stock Allocator will be pivotal in driving the success of our Merchandise team. By providing critical support, you will manage the allocation and replenishment of merchandise into our stores and provide insights into stock performance for key categories.

This hybrid role combines working from home and office environments, requiring a detail-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for working in fast-paced retail environments.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing merchandise allocation to maximize sales and minimize markdowns
  • Analysing weekly sales data by store to inform inventory management decisions
  • Communicating with stores to ensure timely notification of allocation decisions impacting their stores
  • Conducting regular reporting on stock performance

We are seeking an experienced Allocator with:

  • A proven track record in a similar role at a large retailer
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A self-motivated individual who excels in collaborative and autonomous work settings
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
