Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative sales and after-sales support at branch level, including customer service.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service and complaint handling skills, and proficiency in MS Office packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel. They will also have the ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with sales/admin/account support, providing quality customer service, entering sales and parts orders, coordinating trade shows and company events, and performing reception and administration duties. Daily payment reconciliations and purchase order matching to invoices are also key responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales/admin/account support to the business
- Provide quality customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
- Enter sales, parts orders and update delivery status
- Coordinate trade shows and other company events
- Reception and administration duties
- Daily payment reconciliations and purchase order matching to invoices
- General branch responsibilities
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages - Microsoft Word, Excel, Corel
- Ability to work autonomously
- Time management is paramount with the ability to multi-task
- Valid driver's license
