Job Title: APS5 Branch Coordinator

About the Role

The APS5 Branch Coordinator will work collaboratively with the office and delivery team, providing high-level coordination and support within the Division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support new personnel, small procurements, and budget management
  • Organize and coordinate appointments, correspondence, and communications in a timely fashion
  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Enhance time management support for managers

Key Requirements:

  • Sound attention to detail and ability to make evidence-based recommendations
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptive, responsive, and flexible to multiple priorities
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Department and/or in a similar position.

You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) as well as be willing to undertake an Employment Suitability Screening (ESC).
