Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for regression, performance, functional, and integration testing.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify, document, and report bugs and performance issues.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyse user stories and requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

You Will Own This Role if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a focus on test coaching and automation.
  • Solid understanding of using technical tools like Playwright, Appium and Jmeter.
  • Deep understanding of Quality Engineering methodologies, tools, best practices, including test planning, test case development, and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to manage sprints and backlogs.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
