Visual Effects Supervisor Role:

As a Visual Effects Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of visual effects for assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have established experience with high-end film-based VFX pipelines and solid knowledge of VFX production.

  • Develop and execute project strategies in partnership with producers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, technicians, and producers, to drive innovation and efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage budgets and schedules to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the setup and management of technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of artistic and technical workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, working closely with stakeholders to develop contingency plans as needed.
