Job Title: Senior Visual Effects Producer

The VFX Supervisor will lead the creative direction of visual effects for assigned projects. This position requires close collaboration with client/production leads, VFX Producers, CG Supervisors, and Discipline Supervisors to review work and present it to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business development teams to secure film awards through pitches and bidding processes
  • Establish project teams with local producers and operations managers
  • Oversee technical setup of projects with technical experts, imaging specialists, screening support teams, production engineers, and technology leaders
  • Present kick-off meetings to brief crew members on project tasks
  • Attend daily sessions to oversee crew work and provide detailed briefings on builds or shots
  • Identify and address key project challenges creatively or technically
  • Manage client relationships, present, and discuss work throughout the process

Requirements:

  • Established experience in high-end film-based VFX pipelines as a CG Supervisor or Discipline Supervisor
  • Solid knowledge of VFX production and up-to-date knowledge of VFX tools and emerging technologies
  • Good experience with blue/green screen compositing and integration of 3D elements into plates
  • Extensive hands-on experience with production tools and pipelines
