This traineeship provides an opportunity to develop skills in retail banking and sales, while pursuing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Financial Services.

The OpportunityThis position enables individuals to engage with their local community as a Bank Teller, providing customer service, conducting banking transactions, and assisting with general enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face customer service in branch to personal and business customers
- Pitch sales of financial products and refer specialist enquiries
- Produce financial reports, transaction summaries and balance sheets
- Assist management and team with daily administrative tasks
- Conduct banking transactions, cash handling and EFTPOS operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sound mathematical and financial acumen
- A passionate and positive work attitude
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to utilise financial computer software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
