We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Buildability Group. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors.

About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities for fit-out and refurbishment projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments as needed.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on zero defects and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
