As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce projects: design, architecture, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce solutions and platform.
  • Facilitate discussions with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Implement methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Understand client's business needs and offer solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
  • Develop and submit tender responses, including RFI/RFP/RFQ.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce cloud implementations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Cloud: Sales, Service, Experience, Public, Vlocity, FSL.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, oral, storytelling, and presentation.
  • Leadership capabilities: work as a team member and build a team-oriented environment.
  • Software development fundamentals: data structures, OOP, relational database design, design patterns.
  • Experience in data modelling, integration, web services, security/sharing, and web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML).
  • Desirable: consulting work and Salesforce certifications.

Location and Contract Term:

  • Location: Remote.
  • Contract: 8 months.
