Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced solicitor to join our team in preparing matters for conferences and hearings. The ideal candidate will have experience being involved in or running class actions as a fee earner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working in a team of experienced law clerks and solicitors to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
  • Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
  • Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders in class actions, including clients and funders.
