Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in providing high-level administrative support to the medical department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the Role
- Provide administrative assistance to the medical team, including scheduling appointments and managing referrals
- Coordinate the administrative team in providing support to the medical teams
- Enter data into Healthroster and create rosters for department staff members
- Support recruitment processes and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with clinical roles and provide secretarial services
- Manage data entry and create reports as required
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration within a medical environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a part-time capacity
