Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects across various sectors. This is a key leadership role with clear potential for progression toward Director level.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of commercial, education, health, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. They will lead client engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to final account.
- Lead Cost Management Services: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading pre- and post-contract cost management services across a portfolio of major projects.
- Develop Client Relationships: They will develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic commercial advice to ensure project success.
- Mentor and Manage Team Members: The successful candidate will mentor and manage a team of quantity surveyors and cadets, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
