Job Role Overview

As a senior retail manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chocolate cafes.

Key areas of focus include managing store presentation and cleanliness, planning and executing marketing promotions, rosters and sales strategies, leading by example to drive team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and managing people-related tasks including recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.

A Typical Day:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage store finances, including labour spend, stock levels and controllable expenses
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Continuously improve store operations through analysis and implementation of best practices

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
