We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cafe Generalist to join our dynamic team in Morayfield.

Our cafe prides itself on serving high-quality coffee and donuts, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and chocolate beverages, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and following health and safety guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve premium food and beverage products
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
- Be punctual and attend work regularly

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in the coffee service industry
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to work busy shifts and adapt to changing situations
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Tidy and self-disciplined with attention to detail
- Passionate about product quality and customer satisfaction

Working Arrangements:

- Full-time or part-time position available
- Monday to Friday availability during the day
- Availability to work weekends (essential)
