About The Role
This position involves managing daily operations and working closely with the Chocolate Cafe Manager to execute store tasks. You will lead by example, drive your team, and deliver exceptional guest service and experiences.
You will ensure our brand standards are upheld at all times and collaborate with the Chocolate Cafe Manager on people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and work with the Chocolate Cafe Manager.
- Lead your team to deliver memorable guest service and experiences.
- Maintain our brand standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the Chocolate Cafe Manager on people-related tasks.
- Foster a work environment that encourages employee input and value.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to lead and effectively communicate with a team.
- Energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude.
- A passion for hospitality and love for the energy it brings.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
