About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relief Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations and leading our team with passion and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • Collaborate with our GMs to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and efficiency
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager or similar role
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
