Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our vibrant and collegial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability budgets, strategic planning, and implementation of 3PL partnership agreements, and providing market trend analysis to monitor international trade regulations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability budgets for NSW team in the Lead Generation and Lead Management channels.
  • Strategically plan and implement immediate and future 3PL partnership agreements and shipping services for key clients.
  • Perform market trend analysis to monitor international trade regulations, tariff policies, and market dynamics.
  • Manage pricing, supply, stock availability, service levels, and after-sales or product information.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their logistics needs and recommend suitable customs clearance and delivery solutions.
  • Coordinate processing and follow-up to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Execute merchandising and promotional programs.
  • Prepare quotations within established guidelines and policies.
  • Position A2 Milk Powder and Time to Save water heater and manage important relationships with associates, resellers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Manage key relationships, presentations, service calls, and new business proposals.
  • Compile lists of prospective client business using Extensive 3PL Manager software and other research-based resources.
  • Conduct data analysis to analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Conduct expense management and reporting to assist the Sales Director in managing related expenses and preparing reports.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in a Bachelor degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar position as a Technical Sales Representative.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to navigate a fragmented market and pursue opportunities by focusing and carefully prioritizing time to achieve sustained growth.
  • Technical product aptitude. Knowledge of 3PL Sales Support plus application solutions in the contractor, industrial, and commercial markets.
  • Ability to relate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Extensive 3PL Manager software system.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a desire to accept responsibility for business outcomes.
