About the role


We are currently seeking a Leading Hand for our Track team in Seven Hills. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. We are looking for a professional who can lead and direct track labourers with strong self-delivery experience.


About you



  • Ability to lead and direct track labourers with strong self-delivery experience.
  • Sydney Trains experience
  • Welding experience desired.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cert II in Rail Infrastructure required
  • Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) & Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • Valid Drivers Licence Class 'C' or 'HR'.
  • Ability to pass a CAT3 medical, comprehensive functional and Drug & Alcohol
