About the RoleThis full-time position offers a generous salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, training, and bonus opportunities. The successful candidate will have a valid Australian working visa, current AHPRA registration, and proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake assessments in clinic, home, school, or agreed locations to identify client needs and goals.
- Provide therapy services to improve gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation, and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes, write assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and create/review goals based on assessment outcomes.
- Participate in care-team meetings for clients as required.
- Flexible hours to accommodate client needs and work-life balance.
- Annual professional development budget to support ongoing education and training.
- Weekly individual peer support or supervision to ensure professional growth and well-being.
- Access to Employee Assist Program (EAP) for confidential counseling and advice services.
- VISA sponsorship available for suitable candidates.
