Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink in Footscray, Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OT to work with a paediatric caseload, providing assessment and intervention services to clients across various age groups.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a generous salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation, training, and bonus opportunities. The successful candidate will have a valid Australian working visa, current AHPRA registration, and proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments in clinic, home, school, or agreed locations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Provide therapy services to improve gross motor skills, fine motor skills, handwriting, social skills, play skills, sensory processing difficulties, self-regulation, and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes, write assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and create/review goals based on assessment outcomes.
  • Participate in care-team meetings for clients as required.
