
Real Estate Attorney Role

As a real estate attorney, you will have a diverse role with varied responsibilities, providing opportunities for growth and development in the field of law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property acquisitions and disposals, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
• Provide legal advice on property construction and development matters, including zoning laws, permits, and land use issues.
• Oversee property finance transactions, including mortgage agreements and refinancing.
• Negotiate and draft project delivery and development management agreements.
• Undertake transaction structuring to optimize outcomes for clients.
• Perform titling and subdivision analysis.
• Deal with various forms of property syndication and joint ventures.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years PQE with experience in commercial real estate
• Excellent academic record with strong legal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A well-developed commercial acumen
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• A "can do" attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow your career.
