Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide daily living assistance, domestic help, social support, transportation, and community outings to promote clients' well-being and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A current full driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Comprehensive car insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW) or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Skilled in manual handling, managing challenging behaviors, and delivering high-care support.
  • Previous experience in disability support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN) an advantage.
