About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to join our team at Wellways. As a WHS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining WHS compliance and driving a positive health and safety culture across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Provide WHS training and education to employees and managers to enhance their understanding of WHS legislation and best practices
  • Conduct regular WHS audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with the National WHS Manager to develop and implement WHS strategies and initiatives
