
Fire Safety Support Professional

Become a key member of our expanding fire services division and play a vital role in keeping our community safe. This dynamic position offers the chance to work alongside expert fire safety and HVAC specialists, coordinating their efforts to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule technicians for on-site jobs with ease.
- Keep clients and technicians informed through regular updates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Process invoices and finalize completed jobs efficiently, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including invoicing and reporting, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with exceptional people skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Organized and reliable, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in administration, coordination, or scheduling a significant advantage.
- Simpo experience is a plus, but not essential; previous experience in administration or coordination is desirable.
