Appointment Scheduler Job Summary

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for booking and scheduling appointments, providing customers with product and service information, conducting outbound calls to leads and customer database, lead nurturing and customer retention campaigns.

This role would suit someone who enjoys varied tasks, is flexible, enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing. You should have knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and be able to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Booking and scheduling appointments.
  2. Provide Customers with product and service information.
  3. Conducting outbound calls to leads and customer database, lead nurturing and customer retention campaigns.
