Key Responsibilities- **Strategic Leadership**: Provide leadership on industry development, engaging with stakeholders across the supply chain to drive growth and innovation.
- **Project Management**: Manage project contracts with funding and delivery partners, ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects that meet grower priority needs.
- **Membership Engagement**: Grow the Association's engagement with members, fostering a strong and supportive community.
- **Operational Management**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Association, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with government, industry groups, and stakeholders to promote the Association's priorities and objectives.
- **Representation**: Represent the Association and growers at industry and government forums, advocating for the interests of the vegetable industry.
