Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead diagnostics and maturity assessments for risk and safety
  • Co-design implementation programmes and build capability in the client's organisation to sustain the programme
  • Influence and develop frontline to executive leaders, through presentation, facilitation, and coaching (in person and online)
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends, pricing, and new technology related to enhancing safety and reducing risks in an operational setting
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Science, Engineering, Psychology or other relevant disciplines
  • 8+ years of industry and consulting experience, with exposure to the Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining, or Oil & Gas sectors preferred
  • Track record of reducing risk and enhancing safety in an operational context, along with experience in embedding change by enhancing systems, capabilities, and culture to improve performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex research projects and provide relevant recommendations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude, to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
  • High level of proficiency with Power Point, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
