Senior Risk Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Operations Risk Management (ORM) Practice in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management.
- Acting as Lead Consultant to deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programmes, and develop operational risk management systems.
- Interface at senior levels in organisations and support the Engagement Lead to lead and manage the engagement.
- Contribute to developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our work with clients.
- Degree qualified in Science, Engineering, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
- Ideally you will have 8+ years of industry and consulting experience, with exposure to the Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Utilities, Mining or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.
- You will have a track record of reducing risk and enhancing safety in an operational context, along with experience in embedding change by enhancing systems, capabilities and culture to improve performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex research projects and provide relevant recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude, to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
- High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work on client sites as required.
