Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams
  • Assist Venue Managers in managing day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools
  • Ensure safety, supervision, risk management, facility maintenance, and operations are maintained to the highest standard
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and patron experience
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a leisure facility
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
  • Previous experience and success in a comparable role
