Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coordinator to lead our Before and After School Care program at Holy Rosary School, Bendigo. This is a permanent part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $34-$41 per hour, depending on qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the program.
  • Work with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners.
  • Manage a team of educators to deliver a high-quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
  • A First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent).
  • A valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check.
  • A Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of employment.
