**Job Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Production Associate to join our workforce. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar assembly role.

**Key Responsibilities**

Use electric screwdrivers, bolting and attaching components, bending and twisting.
Inspect products for quality control.
Pack items for shipping efficiently.
Lift trays up to 5kg during the assembly process and push tubs of products weighing up to 20kg using trolleys.
Perform soldering and electronic assembly tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Take direction from Supervisors and Management effectively.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an assembly production environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently.
Physical ability to stand or sit throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and quality focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure effectively.
Flexible and adaptable nature.
Team player attitude with high attention to detail.
Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, and Office software.
