We are seeking experienced assembly professionals to join our Western Sydney team.

About You:
- Previous manufacturing experience in assembly, electrical or mechanical work is preferred.
- A strong focus on OH&S and adherence to safety guidelines is essential.
- Good mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools, air driven tools, and electric power tools are required.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work are expected.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Reliable attendance is expected.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Copper Tube Brazing Roles:
- Cut, bend, and braze copper tubing, or be willing to learn with good mechanical aptitude.
- Electrical Roles:
- Basic electrical knowledge and associated components are required.
- Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Fault find electrical errors and implement solutions.
- Accurate electrical wiring experience is necessary.
- Assemble switchboards or similar experience is highly desirable.
- Sheet Metal Roles:
- Experience with CNC brake presses managing programs and offsets is preferred.
- Read CAD drawings and designs.
- Panel folding and general sheet metal experience is required.
- General Assembly:
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Experience using hand and power tools is necessary.
Suitable applicants will need to complete a functional assessment and pass a drug and alcohol screen.
