To be successful in this role, you will bring over 6 years of proven experience in product development with strong technical expertise in fabric selection, garment construction, and managing the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our Women's core collection of essential wardrobe pieces, from concept to final production.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure each product aligns with Assembly Label's clean, minimalist aesthetic and commitment to quality.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including material selection, technical specifications, fit testing, and garment construction.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure high production standards, on-time delivery, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior product developers and collaborate across teams, including design, merchandising, and supply chain.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with knitwear and woven categories such as dresses and basics.
  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing your experience.
