Providing exceptional care to patients in their place of residence within the community requires a dedicated clinical team. As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality standards of care.
The role involves assessing and documenting the anticipated needs of the patient, making relevant referrals as necessary, and ensuring the highest possible standard of nursing care within the home.

- A valid State Drivers Licence is required for this position, and registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse is also mandatory.
- Successful applicants will have a minimum three years post graduate experience in acute nursing or speciality.
