Research Infrastructure Leader

As a Research Infrastructure Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge research infrastructure for climate action initiatives. This strategic position will empower you to coordinate and deliver high-impact projects, foster stakeholder engagement, and champion sustainability planning.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of research infrastructure projects aligned with climate action goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, academic partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, interoperable infrastructure solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Guide the development of analytical tools and data integration strategies to support climate-related policy development.
  • Promote long-term impact across research and policy communities through capacity building and knowledge exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project strategy, coordination, and delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders through collaborative partnerships.
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop analytical tools and data integration strategies.
  • Champion capacity building and knowledge exchange.

Requirements:

  • PhD in urban planning, data science, geography, transport, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in complex research infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in data science, spatial analysis, and infrastructure for climate or urban research.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Familiarity with research infrastructure platforms (highly desirable).
