We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our organization.
This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Booking requests for quotes and jobs into the job management system
- Fostering positive relationships with clients and technicians
- Performing general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reception and/or administration (garage industry preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and computer literacy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
